Bench Rentals

How it works

Step 1: Workshop Induction
Everyone who joins self-led bench rentals must undergo a Workshop Induction for safety and insurance purposes.

This induction covers the safe use of the Chopsaw, Bandsaw, Pillar drill, correct PPE usage and fire exits.

These run most Sundays from 12-1pm. See below for upcoming dates.

Step 2: Book a bench rental session

Purchase a 3-hour bench rental session to come along and work on your own projects self-led.

A facilitator will be present, but this is not a taught class. These sessions are not suitable if you have not already taken a beginners woodwork course, or developed a knowledge of woodwork before attending.

Even if you are an experienced woodworker, you must undertake an induction before hiring a bench to work on your own projects.#
